Sandra Kaye Wilhelm was born on November 13 ^th , 1946, to Lyle and Bessie Orr in Stuart, Nebraska. She passed away in her home in Oldtown, Idaho on Tuesday April 13 ^th , 2022, at the age of 75. In 1952 Sandra moved with her parents and brother Lonnie to Oldtown, Idaho. There they welcomed three more children; Barbara, Lylia, and Brian. Sandra Attended Idaho Hill grade school and Newport High School making many lifelong friends. Sandra loved her children and grandchildren. A highlight of hers was a three-month trip to the Netherlands to visit her granddaughter Alicia and meet her great daughter. Sandra's passions in life were her pets and the Angel Paws Rescue Organization, along with flowers and books. She was preceded in death by her parents Bessie and Lyle Orr, sister Barbara, and nephew Kenneth Laird. She is survived by her three children: Nicholas Teegarden, Jason Leeth, Elizabeth, and stepdaughter Candy Thomas, along with six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, brothers Lonnie and Brian Orr, sister Lylia Toner and her husband Patrick Wilhelm, along with several nieces and nephews. A memorial service for her will be held on July 8 ^th at 11AM. Newport Cemetery
