Richard Arthur Howard

Born March 5, 1931 in Pierre, South Dakota.  Passed away at home June 25, 2024 in Priest River, Idaho, with family around him. He is survived by his wife Dixie with 38 years of happiness. His Son Robert (Bob) Howard (Gayle) of Sandpoint, Idaho and son Richard (Rick) Howard of Anchorage, Alaska. Three Step-daughters Lillian (Mike) Rumsey, Sheila (Ray) Gibson and Michelle (John) Lucas, one Step son Butch Clapp, Grand-children, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. At his request there will be no service. Sherman-Campbell Funeral Home in Priest River, ID is in charge of arrangements.
