Obituary

CUSICK– Pamela Dean Brown, 86, of Cusick, Washington, passed away on June 18, 2024 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, Washington.

Pam was born in August 1937 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Paul and Celeste Dean (later Snyder).  Pam graduated from Fairmont High School Dayton, Ohio, then studied Zoology at the University of Southern California where she met her lifetime love, Larry Brown.  Pam and Larry were married on June 16, 1959.  As a Navy wife she moved to Japan and established a home in Hayama (by herself while Larry was deployed); later she and Larry established their residence of 45 years in the forest north of Cusick where she took life's adventures in stride. Pam found great fulfillment in her faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and she also loved to cook, sew, garden, and curl up with one of her kitties and a good book.

Pam is survived by her husband, Larry; her sister Debbie; her son, Sean; daughter Jennnifer (Tim); her grandchildren, Korinna (Bryton) and Justin (Shayla); and her great-grandchildren Owen and Arden.
