Obituary

On March 24, 2026, the world lost a bright light, but Heaven gained an angel. Nellie Rosellen Graham, age 91 of Diamond Lake, Washington passed away peacefully. She was born on August 28, 1934, in Spokane, Washington. She was a devoted wife to Robert Graham of 72 years and a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Nellie was raised in Spokane and attended St Aloysius grade school and Holy Names Academy. Nellie and Bob met in 1950, were married in 1953 and had eight children. Bob and Nellie's love was a once in a lifetime love. Their love endured all the true tests of time. All that know them recognize their devotion as an inspiration. They moved to Diamond Lake full time in May 1982 - many memories were made at Diamond Lake where friends would gather, and family continued to enjoy for many years. Nellie worked in insurance and at Graham Tire but spent the majority of her working years as a stay-at-home mom. A devoted Catholic - she was the altar society president for St Augustine's and St Anthony's. She was a well-loved and cherished member of the community. Nellie dedicated her life to her family, creating a welcoming home that was the heart of our family life. She filled our lives with laughter and unconditional love. Nellie was an incredible woman of strength and grace. She was the absolute cornerstone of our family, teaching us that love is shown through small acts of kindness and unwavering support. Her strength during her life's challenges was a testament to her beautiful soul. Known for her deep faith and love of her family and friends. She touched the lives of everyone she met. She will be deeply missed. Preceded in death by her parents Edward and Ellen Murphy, brothers Bud, Joe and Mike and sisters Pat and Betty; her husband Robert Graham and sons Steve and Jerry. Survived by her sons Chris and Dennis (Shelly) and daughters Debbie (Bill), Cindi (Jim), Laurie, and Terri (Tutter); grandkids Issac, Nicole (Ryan), Brittnee (Bryce), Tawnya (Apolo), Haylee (Trevor), Zach, Josh (Alyssa), Olivia (John) and great grandkids Emma, Beau, McKinnley, Baylor and Ella, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
