Michaela Leelette (Camp) Peterson 1972-2026
Michaela was born June 21, 1972 in Spokane, WA. She grew up loving her time spent
with family, friends, & fur babies at Diamond Lake, WA. Her beautiful smile, infectious
laugh, & great sense of humor will be cherished forever by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father Jerry Camp Jr. She is survived by her mother
Vicki Camp, her son & love of her life Tillman Peterson, her sisters Patti Camp (Doug),
Stacey Stevens (Derek), Molly Camp, Callie Bendickson (Ryan), Cami Camp and many
nieces and nephews. Her family meant the world to her and she never forgot any
birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. Michaela passed peacefully at Hospice
House of Spokane. Family & friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside
service which will be held July 18th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The service will take place at
Newport Cemetery (161 Cemetery, Newport, WA 99156). Following her service a
celebration of life will be held 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. at Willow Cove in Diamond Lake (172
Woodland Dr, Newport, WA 99156). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to
Hospice House of Spokane.
