Lawrence (Larry) Alfred Hewitt July 21, 1970 – January 21, 2025 Hewitt, Lawrence (Larry) A (54) passed away peacefully in his sleep after fighting lung cancer 16 months on January 21, 2025 at his home with his family around him. Lawrence was born in Germany, while our dad was serving in the US Army. When our dad retired from the US Army, we moved to Priest River, ID where Lawrence graduated from Priest River Lamanna High School in 1988.  After graduation, Lawrence lived in Priest River working at Merrit Bros for a while. He then moved to Spokane, Post Falls, Rathdrum, and finally settled in Coeur d'Alene, ID. He spent most of his life as a salesman - selling cars, appliances, and even RV's. Lawrence loved nature and enjoyed camping, watching birds, and car rides. He loved music and hanging out with friends. He also loved watching football, his favorite team being the Dallas Cowboys. Lawrence was preceded in death by his Mother, Peggy Hewitt. He leaves behind his father, a son and daughter-in-law, a grandson, a brother, two sisters, eight nephews, four nieces, and numerous friends. He was loved by many and will be missed.
