Laurie Ann Spaeth

5/17/1956 - 9/9/2024

Born in Kennewick, WA then moved to Priest River, ID for a short time. Laurie moved to Lakeland Village in Medical Lake when she was 11 ½ years old. She had many happy years at Lakeland and enjoyed the various activities they offered the residents. Laurie loved listening to music and dancing, walking around the campus, and outings to the fair and Silverwood with Lakeland Village. She loved going out with family to holiday celebrations, picnics, the mall, and out to eat, especially if it involved ice cream. Laurie enjoyed being pampered with massages, getting her nails done, and haircuts. Laurie was preceded in death by Mom, Judy Walker, Stepdad, Gene Walker, Dad, Robert Spaeth, and is survived by Kathy Munyan (Leon), Linda Racicot (Maurice), and Louise Harless (Joseph). We appreciate the loving care given to Laurie by the Lakeland staff. We would also like to thank Horizon Hospice during her short illness. Her last hugs to everyone including the staff were a beautiful way of thanking us for all that was done for her. She left this world with so much love and peace for everyone. Laurie was a true blessing.  The Celebration of Life will be: held on September 26th at 2 p.m. at Lakeland Village 2320 S Salnave Road Medical Lake in the Administration Building
