Our Mom, Joyce A. Moreland, (Peone) age 82 of Newport, Washington passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on January 2nd, 2023. Mothers hold your hands for a while but your hearts forever.

Joyce was born February 17, 1940 at St. Ignatius, in Montana to her parents, Hiram and Yvonne (Florence) Peone. After losing her father at a young age, she grew up with her mom in the Spokane area, graduating from West Valley High School.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Ray, her sister June and brothers Delbert, Al and Reggie. She is survived by her children, Kelly and Brad, his three sons, and many great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in Joyce's honor later this spring, at the home of her son Brad.
