Jason Patrick McCoy passed away August 17, 2024 in Ione, WA. Jason was born on April 30, 1980, in Grand Coulee, WA to Robert "Jay" McCoy and Donna Wegner. Jason has spent the last 25 years working as a Lineman Project Manager overseeing various projects throughout the United States. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed traveling, camping, and spending time with family.
Jason is survived by his parents Robert "Jay" McCoy (Penny) of Ione, WA and Donna Wegner (Michael) of Emblem, WY, his two children McKayla and Gavin, siblings Craig (Mollee), Danielle, Theresa, and Christopher, his nephew's Taylor, Aidan, C.J., Barrett, Brayden, and his niece, Kimber.
Jason may not have been on this earth as long as he should have been, but he touched the lives of so many along the way. Jason was the best son, brother, uncle, and friend anyone could ask for. He was the most generous, caring, and thoughtful person that any of us have ever known. He gave anything and everything he had to be sure someone he loved was taken care of. Jason has left all of us with memories that will leave us laughing, crying, smiling, and wondering what we were thinking at the time. Losing him has left a hole in our hearts, but we know he is resting easy and watching over us. We love you and will miss you every day until we meet again.
