James "Jim" Donald Clark passed away in the early morning of June 16, 2021 at home and
surrounded in the love of his wife, Linda. Jim was born March 24, 1952 at St. Mary's Hospital in Long
Beach, California, to Jack and Marilyn Clark. He was raised with his five siblings in Lakewood, where
he loved riding motorcycles, camping, and the outdoors. Jim had two daughters in California before
he moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1989. It was there he met his wife, and they settled in
Newport, Washington. Jim worked for the city of Newport and spent his summers on Lake Pend
Oreille boating and fishing. His love for fishing developed into UJ Bait Company. Jim and Linda
eventually moved to Deer Park, Washington where Jim spent his days enjoying photography and
perfecting his barbeque recipes.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Chuck Clark, and his niece Marilyn Clark. He is
survived and will be dearly missed by his wife Linda Clark, his two daughters Melissa (and Kyle)
Krietzburg of Lakewood, California and Wendy Clark of Long Beach, California; his grandchildren
Corey and Joel Krietzburg and Drew Clark; his siblings Kathy Henderson of Chattaroy, WA, Suzanne
Clark of Winter Springs, FL, Mark (and Clare) Clark of Newport, WA, Dawn (and Keith) Collins of Post
Falls, ID, and Jackie (and Gary) Atkinson of Menifee, CA.
Celebration of life for Jim will be held at Kelly's Bar & Grill on June 30 th at 2pm.
