Errol Benson (Ed) Lamb Jr., 85 of Spirit Lake, ID.
Born July 28, 1934, in Kingston, NH to Errol Benson Lamb Sr. and Helen (Evans) Lamb, he was the eldest of 5: Brenton (Ben), Charles (Charlie), Linda and Jon Lamb. He is survived by his wife, Penny Kay; children JB, Kathy, Richard, Brent & Ami; 17 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren; sister, Linda and brother Jon, many nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
He retired in 2014 from customer relations but had several other careers in his life: paramedic, truck driver, & hospital chaplain. He was a veteran of the Korean War.
He never met a stranger and always had time to talk to or pray with anyone who was in his path, so much so that his trips to the grocery store or anywhere else were adventures in human relations. He loved Jesus, his family, people and music.
He "graduated to glory" peacefully at home, November 1, 2019…closed his eyes in Spirit Lake, ID and opened them in the presence of his Lord and Savior.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the Church on the Solid Rock, Hwy 41, Spirit Lake, ID with fellowship time following.
