Born January 7, 1944 to Mr. and Mrs. Harry Burrell of Spokane, WA. He later lived with his grandma Dutchy Stevens in Laclede, Idaho until his mom relocated, and when she did, he had a new brother and sister, Bill Gary and Patty Gary. They lived in Oldtown Idaho. He spent his summers in Spokane working. He returned to Newport to finish his last year of high school and graduated in 1963 where he met the love of his life Francis E Emch. After graduation, he joined the army, and after Boot Camp, he came home and married Francis.

They went back to Fort Esther, Virginia, two years later and he had orders for Vietnam and two weeks later his daughter was born Cassandra Burrell, and then a son born two years after that Walter Burrell. He found work at the diamond mill where he was for 27 years till it closed. He found work again at the space planet in old town Idaho as a millwright till he returned, retired at 62. He passed away July 27, 2023. I miss you honey the shuffle of your feet at night with your trusty flashlight, checking things out. He had four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
