Dianna Faye
Pangburn
Nov 6, 1947 — Dec 28, 2025
Priest River
Dianna Faye Pangburn, 78, passed away peacefully at her home in Priest River, Idaho, on December 28, 2025.
She was born on November 6, 1947, at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, to Carnot and Betty Carlson. She was preceded in death by her three brothers.
Dianna was married to her devoted husband, Frank Pangburn, for 53 years. Frank was the love of her life and her greatest source of strength and happiness. Their marriage was built on deep love, unwavering loyalty, and true partnership. They lived in Littlerock, California, for 16 years, building their life together and creating lasting memories. After retiring in 1998, they fulfilled their dream of relocating, moving to Priest River, Idaho, in 1999 to begin their next chapter side by side. They stood by one another through every season of life, creating a bond that was unshakable. The life they shared together meant everything to her, and her greatest joy was simply being by his side.
Dianna dedicated more than 40 years to Truckin' for Kids, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charity she co-founded with her husband in the 1980s. Together, they helped raise funds for children in need by organizing and hosting Big Rig truck shows and drag races. What began as an idea grew into a meaningful and lasting effort that touched countless lives.
She poured her heart into the organization, working tirelessly behind the scenes and alongside Frank to make each event a success.
Dianna is survived by her loving husband, Frank Pangburn; her children, Jason and Tracey; her stepdaughter, Jonna; and her granddaughter, Vanessa.
A celebration of life will be held on April 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Popeye's, 80 Main St. priest River, Idaho.
