Dena Ruth Opp (Dee) Age: 77, passed away August 19, 2019 in Newport, WA. Born in Caldwell Idaho June 27th 1942, to Carl and Elaine Hauman. married Delbert Opp August 11, 1979, in Newport, WA. They were married for 40 years.

Some of Dee's many accomplishments were being the Mayor of Newport, Owner of Dee's Quick stop Texaco, working for the county and being a bookkeeper for Family Foods. She loved canning, baking, cooking, golfing, bus tours to casinos with friends, teaching her children and grandchildren all her talents in the kitchen, and spending time with family and friends. She also loved animals especially her cat Bones.

She is survived by husband, Delbert Opp; son, Mark Miller; daughter, Kandie Sears; step-children, Dave Riske, Rob Riske, Tami Opp, and Ronald Opp; grandchildren, Heather Sears, Elecia Pennock, Jordin Opp, Destiny Miller and Cherish Miller; also her great-grandchildren; and too many great family and friends to list.
