Darlene Marie Hamp Chattaroy, WA (77 years old)

Born March 23, 1943, Darlene passed away peacefully on October 10th, 2020, with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her son Scott Johnson.  Darlene is survived by her loving husband Don of 27 years, her 2 sons: Craig Johnson and Kevin Johnson both of Spokane WA.  Darlene had 6 Grandchildren, 2 brothers: Ralph Wilcox of Hay Washington, and Bob Wilcox of Louisiana, and numerous nieces and nephews

Darlene was born in Spokane, Washington to Leroy and Hazel Wilcox.  She enjoyed out fishing Don, gardening and playing cards. She was the founding member of the Priest River Animal Rescue. Darlene was also an active member of the Priest River Yacht Club. She loved animals dearly. She leaves behind her precious dog Dude and her cat Locky.

Darlene will be greatly missed by all that new and loved her. Please join the family in a celebration of life gathering on Saturday, November 15th at 1:00pm at the Priest River Yacht Club, 468 Railroad Ave, Priest River, ID.
